Base:
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup butter, melted

Filling:
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

Topping:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Base: Thoroughly combine base ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350ºF for about 10 minutes until it starts to brown.

Filling: In a heavy saucepan bring ingredients to a boil over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and pour over baked crust. Cool.

Topping: Melt chocolate chips and stir in cereal until well coated. Spread (using two forks) on top of caramel layer. Chill to set.
