1 cup Corn Meal Mix
1 cup Milk
1 can Cream Style Corn
2 Eggs, well beaten

1 lb Ground Beef, cooked & drained
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 lg Onion, chopped
Tabasco Sauce - to your taste
1½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Preheat a 12 " cast iron skillet with a little bit of oil in it. Mix the first four ingredients together and mix well. Brown the ground beef and add the onion and green pepper, drain off excess grease. Pour half of the batter into the hot skillet; and top it with the ground beef, onion, green pepper mixture and then follow with the shredded cheese, top that with the last half of the batter. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until good and brown.
