2 cups Self Rising Corn Meal Mix - she used White Lily Brand
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
Buttermilk - enough to mix thoroughly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix completely until smooth and is pourable. Put oil in cast iron skillet and preheat the skillet on the stove top - pour part of the hot oil in the bowl with the bread mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture in the hot skillet and place in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and turn out on a plate, cut and enjoy!
