1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in hot water to form a dough. (1 1/2 c water may not be enough) add a little more water to right consistency. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes or more.
