2 tbsp Butter
2 cups Boiling Water
1 cup Corn Meal - plain
½ tsp Salt
4 Eggs, well beaten
1 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Put 2 tbsp butter in 2 quart casserole dish and put in oven. When the butter is melted remove the dish. Put 2 cups of water in sauce pan and bring to boil; slowly add the meal and the salt. Cook and stir for 1 minute; add the butter and beat well. Add the well beaten eggs and beat until mixed thoroughly. Add the milk and beat until all ingredients are combined. Pour into the casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes. It is best to use a shallow baking dish.
