2 pkg Frozen Broccoli (need 12 to 16 oz total)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 tsp Onion, chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
Ritz Crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Cook broccoli in a little salt water; drain well and pour into buttered baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the broccoli. Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and put over top of the broccoli. Dot with butter on top of cracker crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes.
