1 1/2 C flaked cooked salmon
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1/4 c chopped red onion
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1 T chili garlic sauce
1 T low sodium soy sauce (I use Bragg's aminos)
1 t chines 5 spice powder
1 C (I use 1/2 c) panko (I use gluten free)
1/4 c canola oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients up to and including the 5 spice powder. Fold in the panko. Make 4 patties.

Heat oil to med-hi; cook, turning once, until brown - 4-6 minutes.

These are the best salmon patties ever, and the spice can be adjusted with the chili garlic sauce and cilantro. Can use any cooked salmon, but the miso maple salmon works well.
