2 lemons
2 limes
1/4 c white miso
2T evoo
2 T maple syrup
1/4 t pepper
pinch of cayenne
1 - 2 1/2 lb skin on salmon fillet (or 4 - 6 individual pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler to Hi. Put rack in highest position. Line baking sheet with foil.

2. Juice 1 lemon and 1 lime into bowl. Whisk in miso, oil, syrup, pepper and cayenne. Place salmon skin side down on the pan and spread mixture on top.

3. Have the other lemon and lime and arrange on the side of the serving platter, cut side up. Broil until salmon flakes - around 7 - 12 minutes. Serve with the lemon and limes.
