1 c butter or margarine, softened
1 c sugar
1 beaten egg
3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c raspberry jam
4 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, cream butter and 1 cup sugar.
Blend on beaten egg, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
Spread 1/2 mixture in 13x9 pan.
Top with jam.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake 325º for 1 hour.
Cut when cool.
