Shrimp:
1 lb medium frozen precooked shrimp peeled and devained
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
½ cup chicken broth
1 lime freshly juiced

Taco and garnish:
12-20 corn tortillas
2 cups cole slaw mix
½ jalapeno diced
¼ cup cilantro chopped
¼ cup honey
1 lime juiced

Baja Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet wine)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir mayonnaise, chile-garlic sauce, and mirin together in a bowl to form the baja sauce. Cover and refrigerate until use.
2. In a large skillet add the shrimp, taco seasoning, salsa, broth and lime juice.
3. Cover and heat over medium high heat for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp is heated through.
4. Meanwhile, combine the cole slaw, jalapeno, cilantro, honey and lime in a separate bowl. Stir to combine.
5. Serve on corn tortillas with the slaw and Baja saouce on top.
