Chef Ben's Quick Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
7 tbsp. butter, frozen
¾ cup cold buttermilk plus 2 tbsp. for brushing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425⁰F.
2. Whisk dry ingredients.
3. Grate butter into dry ingredients.
4. Add buttermilk.
5. Turn dough onto floured board.
6. Make a rectangle, ½” thick.
7. Cut square biscuits and brush with buttermilk.
8. Bake on a prepared sheet for 15 minutes, until golden.
