8 oz. cream cheese, softened...
1 or 2 T of snipped fresh herbs, your choice of oregano, tarragon, thyme, or rosemary...
1 T fresh lemon...
1 T of whole milk...
10 mini sweet peppers...
Zest of 1 lemon...
Fresh oregano leaves, (optional)
Zest of one lemon...

In a small bowl stir together the cream cheese, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and milk...if necessary stir in enough milk to be sure,it is ready for the pumping bag...add 1 T of milk at a tine...
Pipe or spoon cream cheese mixture into mini peppers which have been halved lengthwise.
Top with a pinch of lemon zest....
Enjoy!
