2 cup cooked rice
1 cup diced, ham
6 green onions, sliced
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oyster sauce
2 tbl sugar
Soy sauce
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to large fry pan, when hot add beaten eggs. Stir until set, remove and set aside. Add small amount of oil to pan and sauté onions for 5 minutes, set aside. Add more oil to pan, when hot add rice, stir for a few minutes, add ham, onion and egg. Spread oyster sauce around evenly, sprinkle with sugar. Toss rice to evenly distribute sauce. Taste, add more oyster sauce if desired. Add several shakes of soy sauce to taste. Oyster sauce can be purchased at an Asian store or online.
