1 lb. Ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
24 oz. Marinara sauce
4 oz. Sliced mushrooms
14.5 oz. Can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
9 oz. package refrigerated or fresh cheese tortellini
1 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the italian sausage and ground beef into a large skillet, cook over medium-high heat until browned. Drain
Combine the ground meats, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in a slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours
Stir in the tortellini. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes on low or until the tortellini is tender and cheese is melted.
