Cake:
1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 t baking soda
a little salt
3 T cocoa
5 T oil
1 T vinegar
1 t vanilla
1 c water

Icing:
1 square bitter chocolate (or 3 T cocoa and 1 T margarine)
1 3/4 c powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
nuts of choice

Cake:
Mix together all ingredients. Mix well with mixer. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in an 8X8 inch pan.

Icing:
Mix all ingredients together. Keep in double boiler until cake is baked. Spread on cake while warm. Cover with nuts.
