1 30-32 oz. bag of Southern Style Hash-brown potatoes
29 oz. Chicken Broth
1-2 Cans of Cream of Potato Soup
Pepper
Onion Powder
Bacon Bits
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the potatoes, broth and soup
Season with pepper and onion powder to taste and mix well
Cook on low in a crockpot for 6-8 hours.

Tip: I put a little of the Bacon Bits and cheese in to cook as well, but it is not a requirement.

Top with cheese and Bacon Bits and enjoy!

I also got this off of Pinterest where it was adapted from a Paula Dean version. I tweaked it again to what you see here. This is a family favorite that we have about once a week during the winter and occasionally the remainder of the year!
