Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe

3 1/2 - 4 lbs chicken drummettes
Peanut oil for deep frying (can use vegetable oil also)
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:
1. In a deep-fat fryer or large, heavy skillet, heat about 1 inch of oil (enough to cover) to 375 degrees.

2. Fry the drummettes in batches, turning occasionally until golden brown and crisp.

3. Drain well on paper towels and arrange on a warm serving dish with a cover to keep warm.

4. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan and add hot sauce. For medium-hot, add more hot sauce, for milder, add more butter.

5. Pour sauce over chicken and mix well until covered. Serve warm with celery and blue cheese.
