2 lbs. Ground Beef (browned)
1-2 Packets of Taco Seasoning
1 Package (8) burrito size tortillas
1 Jar Queso/Cheese Dip
1 Bag of shredded cheese (I use fiesta style)
1 bag of shredded lettuce
Diced tomato (1 medium or a small can)
Doritos chips (I use the red bag but any will work)

Brown/cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning.
On the tortilla, spread a spoonful of the cheese dip in the center. Place a spoonful of beef on that. Sprinkle on lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and a slightly crushed handful of Doritos. Then fold the tortilla in a pinwheel form Then place seam side down in a low-medium heated skillet or on a griddle. Brown for 1-2 minutes, flip and repeat.

Serve with your favorite salsa dip, sour cream, etc.

This is my take on a Taco Bell Crunch Wrap. I have been making these for about 5 years and Charlie, Dalton and Bret just love them!!
