1 c. strained persimmons
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
10 oz. bag mini marshmallows
1 c. nuts
39 graham crackers
container whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make crumbs from graham crackers in food processor or rolling pin and plastic bag. Melt marshmallows in a double boiler. When melted, stir in rest of ingredients and chill. Serve with whipped cream.

Grandma got modern! The bottom the recipe says, instead of a double boiler, you can melt the marshmallows in a microwave for 3 minutes at level 6!
