1 pkg linguine pasta
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground ginger or fresh
¼ cup reduced salt soy sauce
2 Tbsp sherry or chicken broth
1 - 1½ lbs boneless chicken, thinly sliced
1 tsp chicken bouillon dissolved in ½ cup hot water
½ pound fresh sliced mushrooms
¼ pound snow peas
1 red seet pepper, julienned
2 green onion sliced
2 tsp sesame oil.

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine cornstarch, ginger, soy sauce and sherry or broth until smooth. Add chicken and stir to coat, set aside.
2. In small bowl, dissolve bouillon in hot water
3. Cook linguine
4. In skillet, sauté mushrooms, snow peas, red pepper and green onions in canola oil for 3 minutes. Remove. In same skillet, stir-fry chicken mixture until chicken no longer pink inside.
5. Stir in bouillon and bring to boil, add vegies, sesame oil and linguine. Toss and heat a few more minutes.
