4 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 3 oz box strawberry Jello
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together rhubarb, sugar and Jello. Put in 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle on cake mix. Pour on 2 c. water. Melt butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
