2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil. Mix sugar, flour, vanilla, salt, baking soda and sour cream and add to boiled mixture. Stir lightly by hand. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
 

Icing
Ingredients:

1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
½ c. nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
For icing, bring to a boil butter, cocoa and milk. Then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well and spread over cake.
