1 can evaporated milk
24 graham crackers
1 stick melted butter
1 3 oz. box lemon Jello
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Pour evaporated milk into mixing bowl and chill until icy. Place graham crackers into plastic bag and crush into crumbs with a rolling pin or glass jar. Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Line a 9x9 cake pan with the crumbs. Save a little for topping. Refrigerate.

Boil 1 cup water and add lemon Jello. Let stand until cool but not firm.

Whip icy milk with mixer. Then add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice concentrate. Add cooled Jello.

Beat until firm and spread on graham cracker crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and refrigerate.
