1 diced onion
1 lb of sausage, cut into slices
1 tbs oil
4 cups chopped chicken
3 cups rice
2 cans French onion soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can beef broth
2-3 tsp creole seasoning
2-3 tsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and sausage in oil until brown. Add all ingredients to a large baking pan with lid. Cover and bake on 350 for 30 minutes then take out and stir. Place back in oven for 20-30 minutes or until rice is done.
