1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 cup of water
2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1/3 cup of sugar
1 jar of salsa
2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning and water. In a separate bowl mix jiffy mix according to directions on box and add cream corn and sugar and mix well. Add to a 9x13 baking dish and top with the ground beef, salsa and cheese Bake for 35-40 minutes.
