2 onions, sliced
1 (4lb.) brisket
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup liquid smoke
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup strong brewed blank coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place brisket in Dutch oven. Place onions on top. Whisk remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Tightly cover brisket with aluminum foil. Tightly cover top of pan with aluminum foil. Place lid on to Dutch oven and and bake 2½ to 3 hours. Enjoy!
