1 Tbsp oil
1½ cups long grain rice
1 onion
1 garlic clove minced
½ green pepper
1-2 tsp chicken bullion
3½ hot water
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp black pepper
thyme and parsley flakes
20 count shrimp
3 Italian sausages, cooked and cut in small pieces

In large skillet, in hot oil saute rice, onion, garlic and pepper until rice is golden. Dissolve bullion in water, add to rice. Stir in remaining ingredients except shrimp and sausage. Simmer about 25 minutes. Stir in meat to heat.
