2 lb bag Hashbrowns, thawed
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
½ cup Onion, diced
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Butter, melted (reserve ¼ cup)
1 pint Sour Cream (2 cups)
2 cup Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Mix ingredients together and pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Spread out evenly. Pour remaining ¼ cup of butter over this and bake for 45 minutes.


NOTE: Recipe can be divided for a smaller casserole
