1 lb lean ground beef
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Heat a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and brown until cooked through.
Add onion, bell pepper, and carrot, and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and cook 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, hot sauce, 1 2/3 cup water, and Italian seasoning. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Add macaroni, cover again, and let simmer until tender, about 20 minutes more.
Season to taste and enjoy!

I did not quite follow the recipe. Substituted a few items, but stayed with the spirit of the recipe. It had a good flavor.
