2 large ripe avocados (to ripen, put in brown paper bag until just right)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
garlic powder, I like at least 1 tsp.
1 to 2 T. real mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mash avocados, mix together with onion, tomato, and garlic. Add mayonnaise to make it smooth and creamy. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops, or with favorite fajitas.
