Peel and slice potatoes to make 4 cups. Place ½ of them in a well greased 1½ quart casserole. Sprinkle with ¼ t. salt, a bit of pepper and ½ T. Flour.
Dot with 1 T. Butter. Repeat entire process. Measure 1 can of cream of potato soup & add enough milk to make 2 c. Mix. Pour over potatoes.

Cover & bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Uncover & bake 1 hour longer or until potatoes are done. Ham or Spam may be added between the potato layers. A bigger casserole dish should be used if you do this. If you like moist rather than thick or pasty scalloped potatoes, add another ½ to 1 cup of milk. Garlic & onion salt can be added for additional flavor.
