20-ounces water-packed white albacore tuna, drained
3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, (see recipe), chopped
3 celery ribs, finely chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped
½ cup Joseph's Herbed Mayonnaise, (see recipe)
½ cup real mayonnaise, preferably Hellman's
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
¼ cup finely chopped purple onion
Juice of ½ lemon
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1). Make the herbed mayonnaise according to the instructions. Cook the Hard-Boiled eggs according to the instructions. Cool, peel and chop the eggs.

2). Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently until well blended. Taste for seasonings and adjust to taste. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
