Preheat to 375º

Muffins:
1½ c all-purpose flour
¾ c granulated suger
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅓ c whole milk
⅓ c oil
1 lg egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c fresh blueberries

Drizzle:
4 oz cream cheese
½ c confectioners sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract
3-5 tbsp whole milk


Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
Mix milk, oil, egg, vanilla.
Add wet to middle of dry ingredients and stir.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon 3 tbsp batter onto pan, leaving 2" between.
Bake 10-14 min. Test with toothpick.
Cool, then remove to rack.

Combine remaining ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle over warm muffin tops.
