1 loaf of Rhodes frozen bread
1-lb. bulk sausage
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
8 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
½ cup onion, finely diced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 egg yolks, set aside whites +2 tsp. Water

Thaw bread completely to room temperature Pat out on sprayed 15X9½ inch baking sheet. In 10" skillet, brown sausage and drain. Beat and set aside egg yolks with the water. Beat egg whites, add cayenne, cheese, onion and parsley. Add to meat and mix well. Spread evenly on one half of dough, leaving a small edge. Fold other side of dough over meat mixture and seal to small edge brushed with egg yolk mixture with water. Brush remaining yolk mixture and brush top of dough. Allow to rise for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
