3 c all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
1 T baking soda
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 1/2 c light brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 T vanilla
3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c old - fashioned rolled oats
2 c sweetened flake coconut
2 c pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350º.

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

In a separate, very large bowl, beat the butter with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in sugars and mix until throughly combine. Add in eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla.

Add flour mixture a cup at a time, beat on low until just combined. Stir in chips, coconut, and pecans.

Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto and un-greased cookie sheet, about 3 inches apart.

Bake 15-17 minutes, turning cookie sheets half way through. Cookie edges will be slightly browned. Remove to wire rack too cool.
