Corn or mixed veggies
Shredded leftover chicken,
white & dark meat
Chopped onion (optional)

Stovetop Chicken Stuffing, or any brand of chicken stuffing mix, precooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 T. mayonnaise
1 tsp. milk
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. In a casserole dish layer ingredients as follows:
Layer 1 - corn or mixed veggies
Layer 2 - shredded chicken.
Layer 3 - chopped onion (optional)
Layer 4 - stuffing mix, precooked.
Layer 5 - combine soup, mayonnaise and milk; spread over layer 4
Layer 6 - cover with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cheese browns around edges and is melted.
