1 whole chicken (4-5 lbs)
1 Tbls. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Rub the seasoning mix all over the chicken, on the outside skin, inside the cavit, under the breast skin. Place large pieces of vegetables or aluminum foil balls to create a rack on bottom of slowcooker. Place chicken on top, pressing it down so the cover fits. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or 4-5 hours on high until the chicken is cooked through. Carefully remove the chicken (it may fall apart).
