4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (rotisserie chicken speads things up)
1 12oz. bottle Franks Original Hot Sauce
4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
3-4 stalks celery, diced small
16 oz. Ranch dressing
2 - 8oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, grated (can go up to 12oz.)

Shred chicken into pan. Pour whole bottle of hot sauce over chicken & toss together. Sprinkle with 1/2 blue cheese crumbles. In a sauce pan heat ranch dressing, cream cheese..stir until smooth. Pour over chicken, spread to cover all. Sprinkle with diced celer and rest of blue cheese. Bake UNCOVERED @ 350º for 25-30 minutes until heated through, NOT brown on top. After, top with grated pepper jack cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.

To heat in crockpot, place ingredients in saucepan and cook until cheese is melted. Pour into crockpot, sprinkle with remaining cheese and heat on low.
