1 cup graham craker crumbs
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbls. butter, melted
3 8oz. pkg cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups berries
1 Tbls lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Mix graham crumbs, 2 Tbls. sugar and butter. Press into bottoms of 18 paper-lined muffin cups. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time and mix on low until just blended. Spoon over crusts. Bake 25-30 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours. Top with whipping cream and berries.
