Ingredients: 1 lb 96/4 ground beef (can also use ground turkey if wanting to cut down on a couple points) 8 slices of Sargento Ultra Thin cheese of your choice ½ cup diced onion ⅓ cup Mt. Olive diced jalapeno peppers Sliced Dill pickles 1 package of Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls sesame seeds shredded lettuce fat free thousand island dressing (or any light dressing or mayo of your choice- if you use higher point condiments it will raise the point value of your serving)

Directions:1. Preheat oven to 375º. 2. Brown the meat in a skillet on medium heat. 3. Spray a 9x13 in baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray. 4. Place the ground meat in the baking dish. 5. Place the 8 slices of cheese on top of the meat. 6. Add however many sliced dill pickles you would like on top of the cheese. 7. Next add the onions and jalapeño peppers. 8. Unroll the package of crescent rolls and place on top of the casserole. 9. Top the casserole with a handful of sesame seeds. 10. Bake for about 18 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown. 11. Place each serving on a bed of shredded lettuce. 12. Drizzle the dressing or condiment of your choice on your serving. Enjoy! |
