Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Brussel Sprouts - 8 ounces Halved. (I use fresh sprouts, you can use frozen sprouts that have been thawed, but the texture will be "mushy")
Rendered Bacon Fat - 3 oz. liquid (place bacon fat in the microwave for about 30 seconds if it is solidified)
Seasoned Salt - 2 tsp.
Olive Oil - 2 oz.
Lemon Juice - 1 lemon or 3 oz.
Black Pepper - to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
There's an old saying in the South; "when you cook your bacon, place the rendered fat into a jar and you will be instructed later in how to use it". Well that time is now.

Set your oven to broil and place the rack to the top position. Take a baking sheet and place aluminum foil, shiny side up. Place your Brussel spouts on the sheet flat side up.

In a bowl, combine your olive oil, melted bacon fat, and seasoned salt and whisk until combined. Spoon over your sprouts so that they all get an even amount.

Cook on broil for about 15 minutes. Flip over halfway through. Remove from oven and place in mixing bowl. Add lemon and desired amount of pepper and mix gently. Plate or place in serving dish.
