4 bone in or boneless pork chops
2 slices uncooked bacon, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1˝ tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup sliced white mushrooms
1 cup beef broth
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Parsley to garish

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle each side of pork chops with thyme, salt and pepper. Press sauté and add olive oil to inner pot. Heat oil until the pot shows “hot” on the screen. Sear the pork on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove pork. Add garlic, bacon and mushrooms to the pot and sauté 3 to 4 minutes. Add beef broth and deglaze the pot. Stir in onion powder and garlic powder and press cancel to turn off sauté mode. Add pork back into the pot. Secure and lock lid. Select pressure cook and set timer for 7 min for boneless or 10 minutes for bone in. Once cooking is done , let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes then quick release. Open lid, remove pork chops and cover. Select sauté and heat until sauce is bubbling. Add cream and stir. Serve pork chops with sauce. Enjoy!
