¼ c. butter, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
⅓ c. baking cocoa
¼ c. 2% milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ c. M&M's minis, optional
Animal crackers, pretzels and/or apples

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in the confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. If desired, sprinkle with M&M's minis. Serve with dippers of your choice.
