5 cups shredded zucchini
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c Splenda
2 t vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 c cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first four ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in a greased
9x13 pan. Bake 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Can dust with powdered sugar or frost with a chocolate frosting if you wish.


For a blonde brownie, you could substitute brown sugar for the sugars and omit the cocoa.

Could also add some chocolate chips to either recipe if you wish.
