Crust:
1 C Flour
1 Stick Oleo (melted)
1 Cup Pecans

First Layer:
1 C Powdered Sugar (sifted)
1 8oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 Lg ContainerCool Whip

Second Layer:
1 C Powdered Sugar (sifted)
1 Lg Pkg Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Lg Pkg Chocolate Pudding Mix
3 C Cold Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust - Mixand press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º 20-25 min. or until golden brown. Cool

1st Layer - combine and spread evenly over cooled crust.

2nd Layer - Mix well until it thickens slightly. Spread evenly over first layer, refrigerate and let set. Spread lg container of Cool Whip over top and garnish with pecans and graded Hershey bar.
