¼ c. butter
1 c. course soda cracker crumbs
3 T. parmesan cheese
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
4 tsp. milk
6 pork chops, ¾-inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in a 9x13 pan and set in 325º oven to melt.

In a shallow bowl combine cracker crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl blend egg and milk. Coat chops with crumbs, dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs. Place in the buttered baking pan.

Bake 30 minutes, turn chops and bake on other side 30 minutes or until done.
Works best in non-stick pan.
