3-4 onions,cut
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
6-7 cups of water
⅓ cup beef Bovril
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 baguette
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions in butter until glossy, then stir in flour.
2. Add onion mixture to the water and bring to a boil.
3. Add Bovril, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to the liquid.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer on low for ½ hour.
5. Place into soup bowls and place bread and mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Broil until the cheese melts and turns brown.
