6 potatoes, baked
1 c. plain yogurt
¼ c. non-fat cream cheese
¼ tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. horseradish
¼ c. chopped green onion
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes lengthwise and spoon out pulp into a mixing bowl. Add yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, horseradish, green onion, and parsley, mix well. Spoon back into potato shells. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
