This is a recipe for a cheesecake dessert that was served at the F. W. Woolworth's lunch counters years ago. The first Woolworth store opened in June of 1879 in Lancaster, PA and the last one to close was in Newark, NJ in 1997.

1 (3oz) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
5 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can carnation milk, well chilled
Graham crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool until slightly thickened. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until smooth. Add thickened jello and beat well.

In a separate bowl, beat the carnation milk until fluffy. Add cream cheese/jello mixture and beat well with mixer. Line bottom of a 9x13 pan with crushed graham crackers. Spread filling over and top with more crushed graham crackers. Chill
