2 T. butter
2 T. slivered almonds
½ c. sliced celery
1 T. soy sauce
5 oz. water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1½ cup or more cut asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
In 1-quart casserole, combined butter and almonds.
Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Remove almonds, leaving butter. Add asparagus, celery and water chestnuts. Cover and microwave on high for 7 minutes, stirring once. (Cook time may vary depending on microwave power.)

Mix in soy sauce and almonds and let stand covered a few minutes before serving.
